To ensure a safe working environment, protect employee well-being, and minimize environmental impact through
proactive safety management and compliance with regulations.

Employers must provide a safe workplace, conduct risk assessments, enforce safety procedures, provide necessary
PPE, and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.

Employees must follow safety procedures, use PPE correctly, report hazards, participate in safety training, and
actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Immediately report any unsafe conditions or near misses to your supervisor or the HSE department. You can also
use the I See I Act (ICIX) reporting system to take proactive action.

Through regular safety audits, risk assessments, employee training, and strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and
industry best practices.

Follow the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), seek first aid if needed, report the incident to HSE personnel, and
cooperate in the investigation to prevent recurrence.

Engage in safety meetings, follow procedures, use PPE, report hazards, participate in training, and support Gissco’s
“Stop Work Authority” (SWA) policy when necessary.

We integrate sustainable practices such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention into our
operations to minimize environmental impact.

The ICIX campaign encourages employees to actively identify and address potential hazards to create a safer and
more proactive workplace.
