At the beginning of new division establishment, we started positioning ourselves in the provision of Conventional Non-Destructive Testing / Evaluation (NDT/NDE).
Given The Trust That Has Been Placed in Us, Our Business Has Expanded by Introducing Hydrostatic Test Inspection Services.
We continue to remain true to our business’s foundation and aspiration in terms of practices and delivery. We ensure that our business practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, and our delivery is in accordance with your business needs.
Among NDT inspection services we provide:
- MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION (MPI) – This method is used for the detection of surface and near-surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials and is primarily used for crack detection.
- DYE PENETRANT INSPECTION (DPI) – Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) is widely used to detect surface breaking flaws. This non-destructive testing technique, also known as liquid penetrant inspection (LPI), is a cost-effective method used to locate surface breaking flaws such as cracks, porosity, laps, seams and other surface discontinuities.
- ULTRASONIC TESTING – In ultrasonic testing, an inspector will use a probe or some other kind of transducer to send sound waves through the material they want to test. If there are no defects in the material, the sound waves will pass through it, but if the sound waves hit a defect, they will bounce off of it, indicating its presence.
- HYDROSTATIC TEST – A hydrostatic test is a pressure test in which the pipe or other component is pressurized to evaluate its integrity. This test is used to evaluate the structural integrity of pipeline or other pressure containing infrastructure.
